Clouds form when the atmosphere can no longer hold all the invisible air vapor. Any more water vapor condenses into very small water drops. Warm air holds more water vapor than cool air. So if warm air with lots of water inside cools, it can form a cloud.

When he strengthened the fountains of the deep; rather, as in the Revised Version, when the fountains of the deep became strong; i.e. when the great deep ( Genesis 7:11) burst forth with power (comp. In 1970 Sky above Clouds IV was scheduled to be included in a retrospective of O’Keeffe’s work at the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the San Francisco Museum of Art. After being shown in New York and Chicago, the painting was determined to be too large to enter the doors of the museum in San Francisco.
For the first time ever, the earth would have experienced things associated with sky and water: clouds, wind, waves, etc. On the second day of creation God separated the water above the earth from the water on the earth, placing the sky between the two.
